When the average person thinks of songwriters in The Beatles, they tend to think of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Beatles fans know better. George Harrison had least one or two songs on each album and very often they were among the best songs on the albums. Indeed, a perfect example is “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” arguably the best song on the only double album The Beatles ever made, The Beatles, also known as The White Album.
Retrophilia can be defined as "a love of times left behind;" hence this blog will be dedicated to the movies, TV shows, music books, comic books, et. al. of the past. As to myself, I am a freelance writer (though I don't get paid for it very often) who loves the past.
